枫下茶话 / 法律 / 问大虾一件事情，我的朋友刚装的电话，结果这个月帐单来了发现有人打了1900的心理咨询电话，2个电话140多块。肯定不是他打的，但是不知道如何和同BELL DISPUTE，是不是应该报警呢？谢谢！

say same thing as what u said above to Bell, point out th them there MUST be something wrong. and do not pay the corresponding charge, if i were ur friend

dont think so, if there is any, the winner wil probabally be you, but explain clearly to bell, just like a credit card stolen and used by 3rd party, that is my understanding
