相约北美 / 探亲团聚 / Vistor Visa我先生的移民签证杳无音信，我想把他现办探亲签证出来，在加拿大等移民签证，不知可不可以：
1。 他能拿到探亲签证吗？
2。来了以后，移民签证也到了，是不是可以马上转移民，在渥太华应该去哪个部门办？
3。探亲签证携带的东西和移民有什么区别。
实在是太着急了，只能出此下策，另外他的律师也在渥太华，所以我们可以过来等。

As I know,If someone has submitted an application for immigration, it's almost impossible for him to get a visitor's visa, because in this case, he has "immigration tendency".
I suggest that you discuss this issue with your lawyer, since he's in Ottawa. We appreciate if you can let us know the opinion of the lawyer.
