打算自己租房，看了很多报纸上的广告，想请教过来人：房租$600+hydro是指电费取暖费已经包在租金中，只需要另外交水费吗？还是只包含水费？另外，$650 + util. 是什么意思？谢谢！

hydro并不仅仅指水费，也包含电费。另外你要问清楚，它的电费是否包括hot water heater.
