枫下茶话 / 法律 / 我租住二房东的房，大房东决定减租，二房东却不给我减，我与二房东签有一年租约，想搬都不行，气死我了！
请问各位dx在多伦多二房东是否合法？据我所知在北京不成，岂不是空手套白狼。谢了！！！

Okay, you are a subletee, I say that you work it out in a civilized manner to the best of your ability. If it's absolutely necessary, FYI,you don't have to pay the subletor, he/she has no rights over rent collection and he can't evict you

我讲的千真万确，不要怀疑。因为我也经历过类似的事，当时房东竟然要我负担租约剩下时间的全部房租，我就专门咨询了相关法律人士，最后房东自知理亏，再也没找我了。到这个网站看一下
