Which one is better for me? ADSL or Cable?
What is the meaning of "static IP"? Is it important?
I will buy another computer. How can I connect them together? Does it affect the choice between ADSL and Cable?

三个网卡，2台电脑，一根网线，windows有ineternet共享，如果想一台当server的话，不用买router。
