得有具体的参照物才行, 不同的地点的Server的下载速度不一样, 而且还跟什么时间下, 多少人下有关系. 我门不如找个标准的下载地点, 做参考, 我门来算一下速度吧?! Okay ?

我下载原来可到100K Byte多, 搬家后60K, 偶尔100K还要看服务器的容量，100K是从Microsoft等站点下载时的速度。
上载速度不知道，Netmeeting video没问题
