我的机器上是中文版win2000，微软拼音。经常出现输入法不出现的情况，有时候可以按一下shift切换，然后摸黑继续输入中文。或者切换应用程序，输入法一会又出来了。而有时候就解决不了，再开机问题又消失了。

从注销，或重起一下，一般就好了。或有可能是在屏幕外看不见，一个是调一下分辩率（降到640＊480）试一下，看出不出来。

应该可以吧，我这台笔记本也是win2k 英文版的，但是我用的是紫光拼音，
也不错。
