枫下家园 / 电脑用户 / 问电脑高手一个问题！最近我的电脑突然media player和其他听音乐和看影碟的软件如“超级结巴“出了问题，放音乐怎么也不出声，看影碟也看不起来，显示出错信息：
Application popup: Audio Services Internal Messages: STHSVCD.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x6213d156" referenced memory at "0x04c90000". The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of "0xc0000010".
Application popup: HeroSVCD 2001: STHSVCD.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x62197910" referenced memory at "0x62197910". The memory could not be "read".
请问是什么原因，如何解决？

不知道是不是，我的老光区不行，新光区行。后来我听华枫论坛上的DX的方法把超级结巴卸载了，老光区和新光区都可以了。为什么是这样呢？
