I can approve they are deadly wrongAlso, last month they charged me 2 times one week. After I told to banker they had corrected, and sent me a money order for over charge .

I remembered last time, when I was with Royal bank, they applied basic rate plus 1(actual it should be minus 0.5)!

Actually, it lost money. They only have the right to correct the wrong things within 3 month. After that, you have no way to get money back.

我对RBC 到没有什么意见， 至于SCOTIA BANK ， 发现工作效率很低， 一个TRANSACTION 在网上UPDATE 需要7个工作日， 而且办事不灵活。
