Of course. But you should experience XP anyway. To my point of view, Office XP took a big step of advantage from Office 2k.

Thank you Mashimaro, I have a copy of office 2000,and I have installed it in one desktop and two notebooks, which use windows 98, and windows me individually, but failed to install it to my new computer which uses WIndows XP, that's why I asked this quesion.

Sorry, I assumed it should work but never try before. Office XP can work on Win2k for sure...
