On the IMS properties page, I think it's the General Tab (?), there is a
message filtering button to allow you to block email from specific domains
or users.(转)

You can block email by the domain name but not specific email address (incoming) on Exchange Server side.

你指的是否是Exchange Server?如果邮件从外面直接进入此exchange Server，要在exchange Server上指定此人的邮箱，然后点propertis，去block一些人的邮件。
我以前做过Exchange Server. 如果还没有解决问题的话，给我你的邮件及电话。看能不能帮到你。
