枫下家园 / 电脑用户 / 求助：原来用win98,选择"shut down",可以自动关掉计算机电源。可现在用windows 2000,同样选"shut down",却无法关闭电源，出现提示“it's now safe to shut down computer", 只能手动关闭，如何解决？

I remember reading a knowledge base article saying that the hardware cannot be identified by specific HAL so it has to use generic HAL which does not support power off at shutdown.
