枫下家园 / 电脑用户 / 用rogers的cable上网，以前将发信服务器设为smtp可以正常发信，前两天装了router，收信没有问题，发信的时候找不到smtp服务器了。谁知道rogers的smtp服务器的ip地址？谢谢！

先别连上Router，用电脑直接Ping一下SMTP不就知道了？ROGERS不同地区用不同的服务器，我的告诉你了也未必有用。另外，Rogers 的 SMTP 需要用户认证。

在router后必须使用IP,因为smtp不是domaine name.试试这个66.185.95.99。

"在router后必须使用IP" -- Not necessarily. When you connect directly to cable, you get domain suffix from dhcp server, so you can put only 'smtp' since the OS will append the domain suffix for you.But if you are behind a router, there'll be no more domain suffix, that's why the OS couldn't find the host. You just need to find out the domain suffix and append it to smtp, or use IP as you suggested.
