在美国从DELL网上订也要加税. 不知怎么定的规矩, costco.com要交税, 但amazon等就不用交.

按说CARD(visa, master, american express)不该有问题呀. 不过有些网站不能verify foreign address (esp zipcode). 不懂.

maybe it depends on state/province tax. I paid 8.55%, the same as in a store, 1.5 years ago when buying a $2000 notebook.

You are right. The sales tax is supposed to be paid if I buy goods from the internet store in the same state, such as CompUSA or Circuit City. So shopping from an internet store out of the state.
