i contacteded downviews park info center, the celebration of canada day will hold as schedule;
the strike only affects city of toronto, that is why garbage collection is still going at north york, etobicoke.

north york, etobicoke are part of toronto, but the union on strike is downtown toronto.
actually, when you mail a letter, the address you put on is north york, scarbo.., etobicoke instead of toronto for all

there isn't many parking spots inside the downsview park, plus it will be over-crowded on canada day, it will be hard to drive in and out, ttc would be the best choice.

since the park is close to downsview subway station, i recommend to meet at downsview subway station at 2pm, then we take shuttle bus into the park center area. any suggestion is welcomed.

今天downsview park玩了半天, 为了1,2分钟的高潮排了很长的队. 玩那个UFO转盘的时候, 大家身体在离心力作用下随滑块上下移动, 旁边的一个mm竟然一边惊叫, 一边伸过手来, 抓住我的手使劲捏, 庆幸她只是抓住我的手而已,不然今天我canada day莫名其妙差点就献身了.
