枫下茶话 / 法律 / 如果要在国内的法院起诉离婚， 在TORNOTO该做些什么？才到TORONTO没多久，后院就起火了，协议离婚条件又谈不拢， 看来只能走上法院一条道了，要这样做，不知到该做些什么，各位可有建议？

很简单的了，你只需指定一个你在国内信的过的亲友，做你的法定代理人，再写一张委托书，去多伦多中国总领馆办一下公证，寄回去就行了，让你的代理和她打官司吧

如果你能协议离婚，就简单了，一般当然在中国解决方便，加拿大你需要找离婚律师，费用不少，如果有孩子或财产更麻烦

Thanks. What is "协议离婚" ? Both parts are in Canada, is there a way to do it in China without going back? Somebody say China Embassy in Canada can do that, is that true?

如果双方都在加拿大，好像可以到使领馆办协议离婚，就是不用诉讼，双方都在离婚书上签名，互不给对方找麻烦，没有财产和子女纠分，建议你不妨找使馆先问一下，刚有人贴了地址，如不行，只能在中文报上找律师了

I think it is more convenient to divorce here. I just paid lawyer 700.00, then received divorce paper 3 months later.

七百加元相对于国内价码不算便宜了吧？另外如果能够协议离婚的话在国内也不应该特别麻烦
