don't worry too muchCIC won't be rude to find an excuse to reject your application. as long as you met the financial requirement when you submitted the application 2 years ago. if you are lucky, they will let you pass. if you are not, prepare the only financial documents they require from you.

我是2007年11月申请SPONSOR。2007 年的要求要比现在少得多。因该是安2007年的标准。我给了移民局每年的报税单。

谢谢诸位，我想知道的是，移民部是不是要求每年收入都要一定达到那个申报时的年度标准？谢谢。问了call center ，agent说把理由寄到mississauga的处理中心，经办的officer会处理，具体行不行也没有答案。

No. You need to meet the LICO at the time of filing your sponsorship to Mississauga AND during the time of processing of your parents' immi application at visa post.but sometimes CIC won't re-assesses the sponsor's income. Good luck!
