相约北美 / 探亲团聚 / 是否应该现在交Right of Permanent Residence Fee（登陆费）？谢谢Ottawa 的case, 体检刚刚做完，在去年补材料的时候没有交Right of Permanent Residence Fee, 不知道是否应该现在交了，然后把收据寄给ottawa，谢谢大家了。

我父母的体检通知里明确的写了要我交登陆费，而且是Mississauga Proceing Centre.
