相约北美 / 探亲团聚 / My mom landed in Canada on Mar 9. But she did not take pictures for PR card at the airport. Does anyone know if it still need to take pictures at the airport for PR card or not?

正常的是在申请材料递交的时候就交了照片啊，那是照片不合资格才在机场补的吧

You mean CIC will issue PR card as part of immigration process, and don't need to be taken pictures at the airport. I remembered we were taken pictures at the airport for PR cards when we first came to Canada. I really got confused.

交材料的时候有照片么？偶当年就是没在机场拍照的，交上去的照片符合要求的，就不需要在机场补拍，也有可能的没有交照片，登陆就要补拍。cic档案里有照片就行，就是用来做枫叶卡的啊。
