相约北美 / 探亲团聚 / 接到email体检通知，随后通知北京父母在加拿大体检，北京说发mail到加拿大新的instruction，多久能收到？有没有朋友类似经历？ 是不是一定要等到新的instruction收到，才去体检啊？
