这个其实无所谓的,签证跟登陆纸是分开的,签证在护照上,有签证就可以进加拿大了,过海关.新移民是拿登陆纸再去移民局办公室办理登陆手续,这时候才需要主申请先登陆.

我觉得吧,1,应该是移民,这种情况不多,大家都没经验,既然给你妈发签证,那就是他们认为你爸也不是大问题,可能看不清楚,再照一次.2,你爸再照还是看不清,接下来可能就是CT或者痰培养.你也不用担心,就是多花点钱,时间.

我们刚收到同样的信，我妈要复查，信的最后就有这样一段话。我发邮件给北京大使馆，问是否可发签证给我爸。回复说：还是要等到收到我妈的复查结果再决定。所以那段话就是白说。
