I don't think so, I signed for them. If no one at home, they will leave a note to ask you sign on it, then next day they will leave it on your door if no one home.

你好, 我妈妈的申请也DM了,我也收到北京的email说要在四周内把她的护照,签证用EMS邮寄出来. 还说如果用representive,就会邮寄到representive的地址, 我是我妈的representive,那就会邮寄到加拿大我这里了? 你是这样的case么?

对，我的情况是这样的。我是rep，快递送护照到加拿大的家。我父母在这里，网上也是显示加拿大 的地址。

我收到 me email 后，要求多伦多体检，可是北京一直没有回email, 更没有mail。我3/2自己去体检，诊所提供的表格。3/19护照寄到北京，同时ottawa也收到邮寄的体检结果。不知道诊所提供表格的北京会有问题否？
