My case for your referenceI applied my sponsorship on Sept 2008 and submitted the additional document on Dec 2, 2011 (very early). I didn’t receive any response by Feb 8. I wrote a follow-up letter with all backup of successful delivery to CPM on Feb 9. I received a confirmation letter on Feb 22. DM on Feb 24.
The follow-up letter might work.
