相约北美 / 探亲团聚 / 求助！！刚收到大使馆的email, 说给我父母在2月6号时寄出a request letter by regular mail, 但由于父母居住的小区那段时间换物管，邮件混乱，他们去找了也没有，一直都没有收到。这样的情况怎么办啊？有没有相同经历的同学啊，帮忙出个主意啊！我现在都头大了。

if your case is in beijing, send email(or fax) to beijing embassy and make explaination, ask them to resend you by email or regualr mail.
