枫下茶话 / 美国话题 / 加国公民持TN在加州工作，回美国填海关表时，自己的身份该选US Resident还是Visitor？我觉得是Visitor，目的也是Business不是Personal，各位怎么看？

Purpose of trip: Business, TN1(Just add notes along the item 10 yes)
Declare value for Item 15 as: visitors

You work and live there, although it's temperary, you are resident, not visitor.

多年前入关的时候填写的是Resident，走的是Resident通道，结果被告知如果不是绿卡或者公民的话就走visitor通道。我说我在美国居住超过5年了，填税表都是做为Resident来填的，人家狠狠瞪了我一眼，说两码事。

没有绿卡就是Visitor,TN就是business.

就像你进入加拿大一样，没有枫叶卡，加拿大护照，就是visitor
