2. She has a bachelor degree in CS from China in 80's without transcript. Can WES do credential evaluation with the bachelor certificate only?
3. As she doesn't want to take the trouble to apply a bachelor transcript in China, Is master degree certificate sufficient to apply TN Visa?

Thanks Wang. I sent the reply to my relative. One more query from her, she has a notarial certificate of her bachelor degree (English version)from China. Does she need accreditation? Thanks again.

Just send it over if it is in English. Wait and see what receiver says. Rarely an employer requires accredited foreign degree and transcript. Accredition mainly for licensure.

首先，确定招聘职位的要求，以及TN相应职位要求。在网上可以找到职位要求。
再根据要求提供相应的文件。如果是90年前在中国拿的学位，需要在中国学历认证中心人工认证，大约需要3周时间。
