Heard from a seminar that the loan rate is lower than Canada but it's hard to be qualified with loan.

lowest 3.5 for fix 30 years. fix 15 years may be better. sub-prime mortgages used to having ARM (Adjustable Rate Mortage, which flutuates with the market borrowing index ). these are most common mortgages people use.

很少听说有人用１或３年的。用五年ARM（头五年fix）的不少，因为开始利息低，最近能到２.6％。长期的有３０年fix，能到3.6-3.5％
