They ask my ALIEN REGISTRATION NUMBER. My husband has worker in the USA for more than 4 years. but we never know this number.
Any one knows how to apply it, Thanks a lot. I need to submit it before May 6.

Alien number is the 11 digit number on your I-94 card if I am not wrong. I was told by the HR when filling the I-9 form because there is an Alien# or Admission field on it. But not sure it is the same thing as Alien Registration Number.

如果你从来没有开始绿卡申请过程，你是没有alien registration number的。填N/A即可。有时候可以用其他number代替，比如SSN，I-94 number, Driver license等。
