拿了绿卡工作机会多不少，孩子在美国读大学可以按本地居民标准交学费，TN不可以。

我完全同意你的结论。美国比加拿大好，而且不是好一点！不必争论。 问题是：绿卡太耗时，太费劲了吧？都有啥捷径拿绿卡吗？

俺爹说过，地上放的钱一定不要去拣，那是骗局。认识的河南人娶了美国老婆，离婚后老婆还住在他家里。每次中国朋友出去玩，他以前的太太会甜心甜心地送到门口，中国人夸他福气好，他说，洋人都是假的，你不知道被她搞得多惨。

没觉得，我觉得招人关键是看你的经验是否和要求符合。TN对雇主来说也是不需要SPONSOR的，所以和绿卡没本质区别。

You have to be clear in your mind: 1. TN is only for TEMPORARY jobs, and 2. TN is a kind of visa which NEEDS sponsorship ( a TN letter and the federal government will talk to you, if you hire TN all the times, ok?)

TN does not need sponsorship for sure. Yes, you need a letter from your offer employer, but that's not sponsorship.

我也希望不是sponsorship，也可能确实不是，但是美国的雇主95%甚至更多都认为是sponsorship，这个你认吧？二等公民显而易见嘛。要不绿卡热门个球啊？

确实不算sponsor，不过在操作过程中，确实很多公司没经验可能误认为要sponsor。

如果他非常想or很迫切要你加入，即使sponsor他也会的，但如果他有其他选择，那就不一样了，正是这样，常常会在２，３流城市比一流的还容易get better offer，原因backup少

3 years only, and you have to re-new it. Of course you can re-new it many many times, but federal government will talk to your employer which cause lots of troubls for the empolyer. So 10000% TN is TEMPORARy!!!!

How temporaty is temporary? I renew times TN without any problems. TN normally is 3-year term for full time job. 3 years! and you then can renew more times.
