枫下茶话 / 法律 / One question regarding PR card.In the 5445E guide, overview section.
On December 31, 2003, the PR Card will be a required document for permanent residents, including children, returning to Canada by any COMMERCIAL transporter (plane, train, boat, bus or taxi).
It says it's required for commercial transporter, what if I am driving my own car from US to Canada? Anybody has any idea?

要广义地去理解政策，不要钻牛角尖。我的理解是：凡是从正规途径入境的都要出示疯卡，但如果是偷渡入境的，即可免于提供疯卡。
