我在决定写抗议信之前的第一件事，就是下载移民部的文件并经过了仔细阅读。个人认为信中没有任何误解他们文件的地方。倒是很多提醒我要了解好政策再写信的人，根本就没读我写的信就发贴了。对于我个人来讲，找人也不是难事，我的同事都是。他们可以签署我的驾照复印件，但是他们无法证明他们认识我之前的事情，所以还得去宣誓。我觉得政府把这件事搞得很复杂，当然谁都可以做到，但是太麻烦了。

大家不要太着急了，多咨询一下CALL CENTER我今天打了电话给移民部申请枫叶卡的CALL CENTER，问了大家所关心的一些问题，他们的回答如下：
1。过去五年内住满超过730天是一个条件，但不是必要条件，对于象我这种来了还不到一年的移民来说，过去五年是以登陆那一天为起始日期的。
2。如果找不到认识超过两年的担保人，可以到CITY HALL或COURT HOUSE找政府官员，他们有责任为你CERTIFY。

对楼主和金字塔说两句枫叶卡这件事情非常简单，没有必要太紧张。
打一个电话过去就什么都明白了：加拿大政府关心的是你成为PR之后的事情。所以，如果登陆超过五年了，就把五年来的经历写清楚；如果不足五年，就从登陆的时候开始，以月份为单位，写清楚居住、学习、工作、离境的经历。
担保人？要知道5455还有个section G，是可以通过公正解决的。

请大家想想，移民都让咱们移了，还能不给咱们枫叶卡？
