枫下茶话 / 法律 / 几个关于填写枫叶卡表格的问题，请各位DX帮助。1。照片一共两张，是否需要两张照片后面都盖photographer's stamp？申请说明上我没看见具体的说明。
2。申请说明上说如果家属同时申请枫叶卡，那么可以用同一个receipt。但是那个receipt上只有一个payer的信息。那么其他家属的信息是否就不用填了？
3。IMM5455和IMM5401中的client id是否是wanta的帖子#777939上面说的那个？
4。IMM5444上面的日期格式为：dd mm yyyy。但是我要填到目前（at present）怎么写呢？
5。就是wanta的问题 #783388：有些项不填，是空着，还是填N/A？
挺多问题，希望各位DX尽可能的帮忙。谢谢。

1).just the unattached one need stamp 2).yes 3).i don't think so.actually,i got my client id from call center,is 4 digits,one dash and then 4 digits.4)on the imm5444,there is no date form as dd mm yyyy except the date under the signature.so i don't know what you worriy about. 5) n/a in conclusion, the reply you get from call center is finally answer.any opinions you got from forum or other people just can be used as reference. hope it is useful for you.

谢谢你的帮助。我的第四个问题没说清楚，我重新说一下。我第四个问题的意思是：当在IMM5444填写居住，或者工作教育经历的时候，那个表格的开始不是有个时间范围吗！from “mm|yyyy” to “mm|yyyy”。我就是想问问：从某个时间（比方01|2002）到“现在”为止，那么这个“现在”怎么用mm|yyyy来表示呢？
