十字路口， 跟车太近， 追了前边车的尾巴。警察开TIKETS $325，原因是CAREIESS DRIVING。没说是不是要扣点。
$325是个不小数目，尤其对还在上学的我来说！如何能少罚一些？上COURT 有用吗？ 要请律师吗？
另外不知是不是对下周的G2 考试会有影响？
请各位DX支招， 小女子这边先谢了！

要扣点. 可以上court, 这是小额罚款,不用请律师.

你可冒险不承认错误，和警察对博公堂，寄希望于他不出现，你就可以不花钱，不扣点。但如果他出现的话，你赢官司的可能性就较小了。
你或者向法官认罪次求情，一般罚金减半，点照扣。

I don't think it will affect your road test, however, it may be advisable that you take it later, lest this accident should affect your mood."Careless driving" is the second worst offense costing you 6 points. I would suggest you go to the court. The chances are good that the police will not be present. Anyway, you got nothing more to lose.

option 2- to plead guilty with an explenation
option 3- trail option
